Are you interested in ordering our books? We already ship to many countries as we publish attractive photo books and bilingual books in English and Spanish.
You can pay with PayPal or advance payment via bank transfer. The shipping costs are automatically calculated by destination country and package weight. You will see them before you decide to put your order.
Translation
Our ordering form is currently available only in German, except for some bilingual buttons. But you can roughly translate our website with the Google Translate
widget below. It should enable you to carry out the ordering process (at least if you are already familiar with e-commerce).

Click the button "Add to Cart" ("In den Warenkorb") to start the ordering process for one of our books.

If you click on the shopping cart icon, you will see all the products that you have added to the shopping cart. Here you have the possibility to remove products
from the shopping cart by clicking the x ("entfernen", i. e. "delete").

To continue in the ordering process, click on the button "Next Step" ("Nächster Schritt").

Now enter your personal data, which are necessary for the ordering process (name, address, e-mail
address for any queries).

Click on the following button "Next Step" and now select the payment method you want.

Click on the button "Next Step" again and you will see the complete overview of you order, including the shipping costs. They depend both on the destination
country and the package weight.

Before submitting your order via the "Buy" button, you have the additional opportunity to correct your details. To change the invoice and delivery address as
well as the payment method before you buy please click on the respective buttons "Change" ("Ändern").

To change or delete the order quantity, click on the "Warenkorb" ("Shopping Cart") button in the upper left corner and continue in the ordering process as
before.
- By pressing the button "Kaufen / Buy" your order will be triggered and forwarded to us. With your order you declare bindingly to want to acquire the goods.

Right of Withdrawal
As citizen of the European Union you have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days for full refund of the purchase price. Any reason is enough -
even if you have just changed your mind.
What you have to do
You must write us within 14 days after the day of receipt of the goods that you want to withdraw from the purchase. It is not enough just to send back the goods. Please inform us via e-mail about your withdrawal and return the unused goods within 14 days by attaching a written statement to:

Please make sure you pack the book well so it will not be damaged by mail. The packaging should be the same quality as the one with which you received the book from us. We especially hate it when our beautiful and expensive photo books come back damaged. Don't make us sad.
Getting back your money
We will reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal, but may postpone the reimbursement if we have neither received the goods nor received proof that
you have returned them.
The reimbursed costs include all shipping costs that you paid for the purchase of the goods. However, we may charge you for shipping charges if you have
specifically requested a non-standard delivery (such as express delivery).
